I have been training on Pilates Equipment for 28 years and hold certifications from Stott Pilates, Balance Body, and the Authentic Method of Joseph Pilates. With over 30 years of experience teaching Pilates mat classes, I spent 13 years at TCC, where I helped to open their Pilates Studio. In 2004, I founded my own studio, specializing in the Authentic Pilates Bovey Pilates approach. My passion lies in guiding you to achieve your goals through personalized instruction and support. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I focus on strength through movement to ensure you get the most out of your Pilates practice in our full studio authentic method.

Located at College Business Park in Upland, on the corner of Foothill Blvd. and Monte Vista, Bovey Pilates Studio Teaching the Authenic Method is a full studio dedicated to the authentic method of Pilates taught by Joseph Pilates. The studio offers a variety of Pilates classes, including Private sessions for $85, Semi-Private (2 people) for $60 each, and Group Reformer classes for $40 each or a drop-in rate of $45, utilizing specialized Pilates equipment and apparatuses.
