I have been training on Pilates Equipment for 28 years, I have certifications from Stott Pilates, Balance Body and the Authentic Method of Joseph Pilates. I have been teaching Pilates mat for 30 + years, I worked at TCC for 13 years and helped to open their Pilates Studio, then I left in 2004 to open my own Studio. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals. I provide personalized instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
